Dolwe Health and Safety Policy
We maintain a primary commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of all personnel. This commitment is realized through the provision of safe and healthy work environments, properly maintained equipment, and established procedures that effectively control and mitigate risks to our workforce and any third parties.
We ensure the safety and health of all personnel through the strict implementation of the following measures:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Mandatory issuance and use of helmets, overalls, safety shoes, and work gloves for all on-site staff.
- Visibility for Road Workers: Provision and mandatory wearing of high-visibility reflector jackets for personnel operating near or on roadways.
- Traffic Management: Clear placement of directional signs to manage and separate vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow across all active sites.
